- Responsibilities
- Identify and gather candidate information such as relocation immigration and compensation details
- Execute initial candidate screening and assessments
- Use recruiting tools and assessment frameworks from operations and centers of excellence
- Apply sourcing recruiting and closing best practices
- Track candidate activity using recruiting systems and tools
- Attract passive active and potential candidates through compelling business storytelling
- Communicate Microsoft career opportunities benefits and growth prospects
- Maintain high candidate satisfaction throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely completion of hiring processes
- Review hiring data and market research to recommend hiring plans
- Analyze staffing data to improve recruitment performance
- Collect and analyze external market data and hiring trends
- Share market and channel insights with internal teams
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation in compliance systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy guidelines
- Capture and leverage recruiting data for actionable insights
- Execute hiring plans aligned with business groups
- Manage multiple timelines budgets and expectations
- Analyze workforce data to assess talent and diversity needs
- Recommend hiring strategies based on workforce analysis
