Roles & Responsibilities
Administer Trellix ePO and configure endpoint protection policies.
-
Deploy and manage antivirus agents across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Ensure real-time protection, policy compliance, and signature updates.
-
Investigate malware incidents and assist with remediation workflows.
-
Work with EUC teams to enforce device security controls (USB restrictions, application whitelisting).
-
Support L3 engineers in policy rollouts, signature tuning, and exception list creation.
