  • Audit installed software across all devices to ensure license compliance, and identify any variances, discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed.
  • Program and execute automated scripts for the removal of software at the end of its allocation period.
  • Develop and run shell scripting and batch file scripting for software uninstallation processes.
  • Create Intune compliant software installation packages, ensuring all software meets company standards and guidelines.
  • Generate detailed software utilization reports using Intune for management review and evaluation.
  • Assess software requests, approve based on availability of license, or forward them to the procurement department for further processing.
  • Keep track of software usage across all devices and provide regular updates to management.
  • Monitor software license renewals and initiate support PRs as needed.
