Job Description
- Design and build applications using the FileMaker platform
- Gather requirements from business analysts and convert them into technical workflows
- Handle both UI/UX design and backend logic (data flow design)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as .NET and Cyrus for system integrations
- Ensure all application updates follow SOX compliance and auditing rules
- Work with business analysts, infrastructure, and .NET teams during release stages
- Perform deployments during designated business hours to minimize impact
- Use detailed checklists to track every change for audit readiness
- Manage updates across multiple servers (manual and automated via cloning tools)
- Provide ongoing user support through Teams and Email
- Troubleshoot application issues and integration problems
- Handle server monitoring, routine maintenance, and performance checks
- Maintain stability, reliability, and high availability of FileMaker applications
