  • As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.
    Professional & Technical Skills:
    • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations.
    • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Desktop Transformation.
    • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret technical information to provide appropriate solutions.
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
    • Knowledge of ticketing systems and customer support tools.
    Preferred Candidates Profiles:
    1. Candidate should be comfortable with the US Shift
    2. Candidate should have a good knowledge of troubleshooting and networking
