Job Description

• Job Description:
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for building and operating production-grade Generative AI solutions on AWS.
  • Design, develop, and own end-to-end GenAI platforms using Python and AWS native services.
  • Build and deploy solutions using AWS Bedrock, Agent Core SDK, and AWS Strands SDK.
  • Design and implement multi-agent architectures using Strands SDK, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
  • Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures with vector databases and grounding strategies.
  • Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), including Anthropic Claude, focusing on prompts, embeddings, tokens, latency, and cost optimization.
  • Evaluate, select, and justify model choices (open-source vs proprietary) based on performance, security, and cost.
  • Lead teams through hands-on development, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
  • Ensure scalability, security, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of GenAI systems.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for GenAI workloads.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business use cases into production-ready AI solutions.
  • Support real-world enterprise use cases beyond POCs and demos, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Own production operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
