Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain robust e-commerce solutions using HCL Commerce and IBM Websphere.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Java-based applications.- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.- Stay updated with industry trends to continually improve development practices.

    Technical and Professional Requirements:
    • Minimum QualificationsBTech, BE, MCA, or MBA degree.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HCL Commerce development.- Proficiency in Java with at least 4 years of experience.- Preferred Qualifications:1. Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication.2. Knowledge of related Java technologies like Springboot, Hibernate, and Microservices.3. Proven track record of successful project delivery in e-commerce development.4. Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.- Good to have skillsFlask, Pandas, Data Analysis, Agile Methodologies, Cloud Services.
