  • We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure (IBM Integrations Developer) to join our Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division Team.
  • The IBM Integrations Developer will design and maintain integrations using IBM DataPower and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). This role involves working closely with business partners to gather requirements, facilitate testing and debugging, and manage production deployments. The developer will ensure secure, reliable connectivity between internal applications and external partners while maintaining platform health and compliance.
  Qualifications
  1. Overall 5+ years of experience in IT
  2. 5+ years in IT operations, incident management, or SRE roles.
  3. IBM MQ, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Git, DevSecOps, scripting (Python/Bash).
  4. Serverless API architectures using EventBridge, step functions, lambdas, CDK/terraform/cloud formation (IaC) using Python, GitHub
  5. Migration Strategy: Assess existing on-premises DataPower and ACE workloads and define technical strategies for their migration, modernization, or replacement on the AWS cloud.
  6. Implementation on AWS: Deploy and configure DataPower/ACE Virtual or Container Editions (e.g., in a Docker/Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS environment).
  7. Strong facilitation and communication skills under pressure.
  8. Deep understanding of ITIL incident/problem/change processes.
  9. Experience with ServiceNow Major Incident Management and Notify integrations.
  10. Ability to interpret telemetry and observability data (e.g., OpenTelemetry, synthetic monitoring).
  11. Willing to work in EAME Shift (1PM to 10PM IST)
  12. This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.
