Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assess current ITSM processes and implement improvements based on ITIL V3/V4 best practices.

    • Optimize service delivery and management, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management.

    • Develop and track metrics and KPIs to monitor IT service performance.

    • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align ITSM processes with organizational goals.

    • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and presentations to communicate project outcomes.

    • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices across IT services.

    • Support transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.

    • Apply project management methodologies to standardize approaches and track progress.

    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members for effective performance.

    • Leverage Gen AI / Agentic AI for automation and IT operations (AIOps / Smart Ops).

    • Implement Service Reliability, Automation, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.

    • Contribute to business development, including proposals, project estimations, and client interactions.
