Roles and Responsibilities

Assess current ITSM processes and implement improvements based on ITIL V3/V4 best practices.

Optimize service delivery and management, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management.

Support transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.

Apply project management methodologies to standardize approaches and track progress.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members for effective performance.

Leverage Gen AI / Agentic AI for automation and IT operations (AIOps / Smart Ops).

Implement Service Reliability, Automation, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
