  • Your Role
    • Create and drive CM improvement plans with Engagement Managers across multiple ADM engagements.
    • Lead and sustain industrialization initiatives within the ADM Office.
    • Collaborate with India Industrialization & Automation teams to implement best practices.
    • Drive automation to improve process quality and team productivity.
    • Coach teams on continuous improvement and showcase benefits internally and to clients.
    • Conduct client workshops and present industrialization outcomes.
    • Analyze performance metrics and report progress on automation initiatives.
    Your Profile
    • Proven expertise in Industrialization and Automation.
    • Experience in Application Maintenance/Support projects.
    • Strong understanding of Lean concepts.
    • Demonstrated success in Process Improvement initiatives.
    • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
