Java Backend Developer Lead

Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Core Java (JDK 8/11), Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
    • Develop and optimize database logic using Oracle 11g and PL/SQL.
    • Work with Linux (RHEL 8.0) environments for application deployment and support.
    • Implement caching mechanisms using Hazelcast to improve application performance.
    • Consume and process messages using Apache Kafka.
    • Work with search and logging technologies such as SOLR and ELK Stack.
    • Deploy and manage applications on WebLogic, Tomcat, and Apache HTTP Server.
    • Use Jenkins for CI/CD and deployment automation.
    • Perform application debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
    • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership (for Lead role).
