Job Description

    • Analyze and resolve application, database, and configuration issues

    • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets

    • Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements

    • Perform root cause analysis and document solutions

    • Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution

    • Support application deployments and environment changes

    • Application support and troubleshooting

    • SQL and database querying (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

    • Basic knowledge of Java / Spring Boot / .NET applications

    • Understanding of application logs and error analysis

    • Linux / Unix basic commands

    • Incident management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira)

    • API testing (Postman, REST APIs)

    • Monitoring tools and alert handling
