    1. Strong knowledge of Core Java and Java EE technologies
    2. Proficiency in Servlet/JSP, Spring 4.x, and Hibernate frameworks
    3. Experience in Front-End development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    4. Familiarity with Kendo UI and the Angular framework
    5. Good understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
    6. Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment
    7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    8. Strong communication and collaboration abilities
    9. Designing, coding, and debugging complex software applications using Java technologies
    10. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    11. Developing server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database schemas
    12. Performing unit testing, code reviews, and documentation of the software
    13. Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues
    14. Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
    15. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
