Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the consulting team to support different project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, technical diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

Conduct research and explore alternative solutions, including literature surveys, public information, and vendor documentation, to support decision-making and design.

Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate solution feasibility.

Understand business requirements, define ?to-be? processes, and create functional design documents.

Configure application components and diagnose any issues or deviations from expected behavior.

Analyze root causes, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives for technical issues.

Contribute to unit-level and organizational-level initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions.
