Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to different phases of the project lifecycle, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Explore alternative solutions through research, literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations; build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solutions.

  • Create requirement specifications from business needs, define the to-be processes, and develop detailed functional designs based on requirements.

  • Configure solution requirements on products, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives.

  • Support solution implementation, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions for customers.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure project success.

  Key Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

  • Ability to research and evaluate alternative solutions.

  • Experience in solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
