Infosys is hiring Java Developers with 3?5 years of experience. The role involves collaborating with the consulting team to deliver innovative, high-quality technology solutions by participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from problem definition to deployment. You will work on requirement analysis, solution design, proof of concepts, and product configuration to support clients in their digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the consulting team in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment phases.
Research and evaluate alternative solutions using literature surveys, public resources, and vendor evaluations.
Develop proof of concepts (POCs) to validate proposed solutions.
Translate business needs into requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and prepare detailed functional designs.
Configure solutions based on product requirements, troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.
