Job Description

• Job Description:

  • Actively support consulting teams across all project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment
  • Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be processes
  • Develop detailed functional designs based on gathered requirements

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore alternative solutions through comprehensive research including literature surveys, public domain information analysis, and vendor evaluations
  • Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate proposed solutions
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

  Solution Implementation:

  • Configure solution requirements on various products and platforms
  • Diagnose root causes of technical issues and provide effective resolutions
  • Identify and shortlist viable solution alternatives for client challenges

  Quality Assurance & Innovation:

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives focused on delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions
  • Support clients in their digital transformation journey
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

  Mandatory Technical Skills:

  Core Technologies:

  • Java - Strong proficiency in Java programming
  • Spring Boot - Experience in developing applications using Spring Boot framework
  • Microservices - Hands-on experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture

  • Understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
