Job Description

• Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the Infosys consulting/delivery team and contribute to different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.

  • Explore alternative solutions through research, vendor evaluation, and POC development.

  • Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be processes with detailed functional designs.

  • Configure solution requirements, diagnose and resolve issues, and propose suitable solution alternatives.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the goal of delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.

  • Play a key role in helping clients navigate their digital transformation journey.
