    1. SQL Server experience or Oracle development experience
    2. Web development experience, JavaScript and Java server-side technologies (J2SE/J2EE)

    4. Experience with Groovy, JRuby, Drools/Drools Flow, JBPM/JBOSS or JQuery is a plus
    5. Experience developing commercial, enterprise software
    6. Critical Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
    7. Ability to creatively design and implement software solutions in a high-energy, fast-paced, and Agile development environment
    8. Ability to work in a highly collaborative, teamwork-based, environment
    9. Ability to independently provide right-sized solutions to business problems
    10. Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skill and the capacity to think creatively under pressure
