  Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Infosys consulting team through various phases of a project including:

    • Problem definition

    • Effort estimation

    • Diagnosis

    • Solution design and deployment

  • Conduct research and analyze available solutions using:

    • Literature surveys

    • Public domain data

    • Vendor evaluations

    • Prototype/POC development

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements:

    • Create detailed requirement specifications

    • Define ?to-be? business processes

    • Design functional solutions

  • Configure and troubleshoot solutions based on identified issues

  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend best-fit solutions

  • Support implementation and user training as needed

  • Contribute to both unit-level and organizational improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, value-driven outcomes
