Responsibilities:

Work as part of the consulting team to actively contribute across phases of the project ? from problem definition to deployment.

Conduct research and evaluations to identify solution alternatives, prepare Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Gather business requirements and convert them into detailed functional designs and process documents.

Configure solutions, analyze root-cause issues, and recommend optimal fixes.

Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
