Roles & Responsibilities
Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
-
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and basic applications (MS Office, browsers, email clients)

Handle network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, basic router/switch configurations)
-
Support users via phone, email, or in person; log issues in the ticketing system
-
Assist with system upgrades, patch installations, and antivirus updates
-
Perform routine maintenance such as system health checks, backup checks, and device installations
-
Coordinate with senior engineers or vendors for unresolved issues
-
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure adherence to IT policies
