Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable storage solutions using DELL EMC ECS, DELL EMC DataDomain, and Azure Blob Storage.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage solutions with existing IT infrastructure.

  • Evaluate and recommend storage technologies, including Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage, to enhance performance and reliability.

  • Oversee deployment and configuration of storage systems on Windows and Linux platforms.

  • Provide technical expertise in VERITAS NetBackup for data protection and disaster recovery.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for storage architecture and operational processes.

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify improvements and implement upgrades.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in storage management and data security.

  • Lead initiatives to optimize storage costs and resource utilization.

  • Define storage requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and develop aligned solutions.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to promote knowledge sharing.

  • Stay updated on the latest storage technologies and trends to drive innovation.

  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning for storage infrastructure.
