Job Description

  • What You'll Own
    Build scalable, event-driven microservices using Spring Boot
    Set up and manage Kafka pipelines producers, consumers, schema registry, retries
    Design clean, secure REST APIs and ensure seamless integrations
    Work with MariaDB to optimize queries, indexing, and transactions
    Implement caching, monitoring, and logging frameworks (Redis, Prometheus, ELK)
    Containerize services using Docker and deploy with Kubernetes
    Handle auth flows using OAuth2, JWT, or Keycloak
    Write robust unit and integration tests that ensure system reliability
    Debug production issues across APIs, databases, and message queues
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, performance, and scale
    Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture
    Tech Stack You'll Work With
    Java (Core, Streams, Functional Programming), Spring Boot, Kafka, MariaDB, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, JUnit, WireMock, Redis, GCP (optional), CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or ArgoCD
