Job Description

  • Roles and Resposibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
    • Implement automated testing frameworks using Cucumber and Selenium to streamline testing processes.
    • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the software development lifecycle.
    • Utilize Java and Rest API skills to create and execute test scripts for functional and regression testing.
    • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting areas for improvement.
    • Ensure that all testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality and testability.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
    • Continuously improve testing processes by incorporating industry best practices and new technologies.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
    • Engage in regular communication with project managers to update on testing progress and challenges.
    • Contribute to the development of testing documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
    • Support the IT Consulting domain by ensuring that software solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.
