- Support automation initiatives for Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers in collaboration with Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics teams
- Conduct real-time and offline image/video audits to ensure inventory accuracy and stow quality
- Review and analyze high volumes of stowing action videos and images with exceptional attention to detail
- Accurately identify, validate, and mark product locations using internal auditing tools
- Apply human judgment in conjunction with automated systems to minimize defects and enhance data quality
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and compliance with defined quality metrics
- Interpret and extract details from blurry, low-resolution, or fast-moving footage to deliver accurate outcomes
- Consistently achieve productivity and quality targets aligned with operational KPIs
- Adhere strictly to SOPs, compliance requirements, and approved operational practices
- Follow scheduled break policies and ensure 6.8?7 hours of effective daily audit productivity
- Maintain a secure, dedicated work-from-home environment to protect confidential data
- Collaborate efficiently with remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on operational needs
- Report to office locations when required, including for remote assignments
- Participate in virtual meetings with camera enabled, demonstrating professionalism and accountability
