  • Good competency in Engineering code management tools
  • Identify and resolve Code Management issues in a timely manner
  • 3 years minimum experience with related technologies and methodologies.
  • Maintain documentation and update as required
  • Detect and troubleshoot operational and functional issues
  • Understanding of logic programming and the software build process
  • Sound knowledge of JCL
  • Sound knowledge of transmission products
  • Sound knowledge of a scheduling software package
  • Demonstrate a high level understanding of Data Center and operations environment
  • Provide 24 x 7 support for problems and issues related to Code Management or issues related to JCL changes
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills get along well with others.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Able to multi-task, can manage and prioritize several projects to meet deadlines.
  • Code Management Support
  • Code, test and implement JCL modifications in support of Data Center Engineering initiatives to the environment or mainframe products.
  • Interface with vendors as well as other Key Technology Services teams to maintain and support the environment
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires evaluation and judgment
  • Development and Enforcement standards and guidelines as they relate to JCL coding
