    • We are inviting applications for the role of Manager - RTR FP&A Commercial Finance
    • In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing insights and financial guidance to drive profitability, optimize resource allocation, and support commercial decision-making. The role combines financial acumen, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement to deliver meaningful value beyond traditional reporting
    Key responsibilities:
    • Business Partnering & Financial Advisory
    • Partner with business heads, sales, operations, and functional teams to deliver financial insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.
    • Support business case preparation, investment appraisals, and ROI analysis for new initiatives, pricing, and commercial proposals.
    • Translate financial performance into actionable insights - highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor for cost optimization, margin improvement, and revenue growth initiatives
    • Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with regional and functional stakeholders.
    • Develop variance analysis vs. budget/forecast, and communicate performance drivers effectively.
    • Build dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
    • Performance Management & Reporting
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards aligned with business objectives.
    • Deliver timely management reports, dashboards, and commentary to leadership.
    • Support month-end closing by reviewing accruals, provisions, and key business entries impacting P&L and margins.
    • Commercial & Contract Support
    • Partner with procurement, sales, and contract teams to review pricing models, client profitability, and deal performance.
    • Review commercial terms and ensure financial alignment with contractual commitments.
    • Support customer or vendor negotiations from a financial perspective.
    • Governance & Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and control frameworks.
    • Identify and drive automation or process improvement opportunities in planning, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of analysts supporting business performance management.
    • Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (mandatory).
    2. CPA / CA / ACCA / preferred
    3. Education:
    4. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
    5. CA / CPA / CIMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
    6. Experience:
    7. Relevant years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles.
    8. Strong exposure to P&L management, financial modelling, and business performance analysis.
    9. Experience working with global business leaders or onshore finance teams.
    10. Technical Skills:
    11. Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills.
    12. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
    13. Soft Skills:
    14. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
    15. Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking.
    16. Ability to translate data into insights and communicate with clarity.
    17. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Background:
    18. Experience in shared services, global business services (GBS), or multinational corporate finance setups.
    19. Prior exposure to business partnering with Sales, Operations, or Supply Chain functions.
