- We are inviting applications for the role of AM - Publishing accounting - RTR.
- Qualified candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports in accordance with established planning cycles and corporate guidelines. Well-versed in variance analysis and strategic modeling to support business decisions and improve financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities:- Publishing accounting - RTR
- Role will need to take on the weekly, month end, balance sheets, headcount etc for the Corporate areas currently done by the FM
- Reporting monthly and weekly results for all of the Corporate Overheads excluding Properties and Facilities
- Accruals and Prepayment balance sheet reconciliations, including analysis of risks and opportunities
- Assisting Business Partner with preparation of Budget and Forecast for department and input into TM1, commenting on variances to prior forecast, listing movements on personnel and other costs
- Preparing presentation of Month End results, Budgets and Outlooks for Business partner and assisting with presentations to stakeholders
- Use variances to calculate and flag and predict variances in advance of Budget and Outlook submissions flagging to the retained team
- Lead the monthly/budget/forecast headcount consolidation
- Responsible for the monthly accruals schedule for shared costs
- Responsible for posting Bonuses, and BUPA for all Shared Costs areas
- Preparing of Insurance surveys
- Reviewing Blocked Invoices for Corporate areas and liaising with stakeholders to understand why they are blocked
- Reviewing GRNI for Corporate areas and liaising with PO originator to understand if invoices will be coming in
- Coding Invoices/Approving POs
- Other Ad Hoc reporting as required

Minimum qualifications:- Relevant years of Publishing accountingexperience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Preferred history of demonstrated success in a fast paced, flexible environment with shifting demands and priorities
- Develop a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid Microsoft suite skills, including excel, word and PowerPoint
- Solid Google suite knowledge, including G-sheets, Docs and Slides
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner and self-starter, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
- Detail oriented and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse information, think critically, and solve problems.
