- Experience in Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant MongoDB clusters across hybrid-cloud and containerized platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Proven expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift orchestration, including Helm charts, Stateful Sets, and persistent storage integration
- Experience to design efficient, normalized and denormalized data models tailored to evolving business and POS project needs
- Hands on experience to enable seamless integration of MongoDB with microservices, APIs and automation workflows
- Experience to monitor database health, replication lag, and resource utilization using native and third-party tools
- Should have a strong command of MongoDB internals, replica sets, sharding, aggregation framework and backup/restore strategies.
- Have the experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, GitOps), monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) and SIEM integration.
- Familiarity with audit-readiness, compliance controls, and governance frameworks in regulated industries.
- Preferred MongoDB Certified DBA or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of ZeroOps principles and autonomous operations tooling is advantage.
