  • Job Description:

    • We are seeking a NOC Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in identifying and fixing issues with networks (routers/switches/access points) using a variety of tools and techniques.
    • Keeping track of the performance of network systems and individual components like switches and routers.
    • Responsible for communicating issues and required changes to field technicians and development teams.
    • Deploying, managing and retiring network devices.
    • Hands-on experience in network security systems, responsible for monitoring and reporting issues to concerned teams.
    • Updating software on systems connected to the network.
    • Proficient in network design and architecture.
    • Experience with network monitoring tools.
    • Expertise in troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of incident models and diagnostic tools.
