- Your Role
- Own and govern the end-to-end Experience Management process, ensuring alignment with client tech stack and XLAs.
- Administer and optimize DEM tools (SysTrack, Nexthink) for proactive monitoring and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain scalable data architecture, including ELT pipelines and API integrations across enterprise systems.
- Drive automation and digital transformation through advanced scripting (PowerShell, Python) and self-healing workflows.
- Define and execute experience improvement strategies, partnering with stakeholders for innovation and scalability.
- Lead XMO operations, ensuring collaboration, structured documentation, and knowledge transfer for long-term success.
Your Profile- Strong expertise in SysTrack and Nexthink administration, reporting, and automation.
- Proven experience in designing complex solution architectures for digital workplace and experience management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, SQL, and ELT pipeline management (Azure Data Factory or equivalent).
- Hands-on knowledge of data modeling and enterprise databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, NoSQL).
- Skilled in API design (REST/SOAP), enterprise system integration, and ITSM/BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to drive digital transformation strategies, stakeholder engagement, and governance of experience initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT; certifications like ITIL, Azure Data Engineer/Architect, Nexthink/SysTrack preferred.
