• Role Overview
  • We are looking for a highly experienced Siemens Opcenter Technical Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of Opcenter solutions across our manufacturing and PLM landscape.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules, with proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM.
  • This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across enterprise systems.
  Must-Have Skills
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter (MES, APS, Quality Management, RD&L).
  • Proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM (or other PLM systems).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, LIMS, CALVIN, PLM, and ERP (SAP).
  • Expertise in integration technologies: web services, APIs, middleware (e.g., ESB, SOAP/REST, XML).
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data mapping/transformation processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment strategies.
  Core Responsibilities
  • Architecture & Implementation
  • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Siemens Opcenter solutions.
  • Architect and implement MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules including LIMS and CALVIN.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
  • System Integration
  • Integrate Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM, ensuring synchronization of materials, BOMs, and work orders.
  • Utilize middleware and APIs to enable seamless data exchange across systems.
  • Process Optimization
  • Analyze manufacturing and lab processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support data validation, audit trails, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, GxP).
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA/QC, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration blueprints, and system roadmaps.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and compliance.
  Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Opcenter RD&L, LIMS, and CALVIN for lab workflow management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
