Job Description

• Roles&Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement OpenText VIM modules integrated with SAP ECC/S4 HANA

  • Customize VIM configurations, DP (Document Processing), ICC, and workflow components

  • Gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Build, test, and deploy VIM enhancements, scripts, and business rules

  • Debug and fix VIM errors, workflow failures, and integration issues

  • Perform code reviews and ensure quality using standard best practices

  • Optimize VIM solutions for better performance, scalability, and automation

  • Create technical documentation (design specs, workflow diagrams, user manuals)

  • Provide effort estimation for new developments and support tasks

  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployment activities

  • Provide training/support to invoice processing users and business teams

  • Stay updated on OpenText upgrades, new features, and industry trends
