    1. Understand the use case and design associated with it
    2. Develop / Enhance the code using ReactJS for Front End, Java for Middleware services and well-functioning databases
    3. Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
    4. To handle the Webservice Integration from UI using SOAP and Rest Services
    5. Write effective APIs
    6. Troubleshoot, debug and fix defects
    7. Create security and data protection configurations
    8. Write technical documentation
    9. Must be able to work and coordinate with all stakeholders - PO, SM, lead, team
