Job Description

• 1. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy or JavaScript, with experience in developing scripts within the Polarion environment.
  2. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes, with experience in customizing Polarion to support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  3. Experience with Polarion integrations, including integration with other project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Teamcenter) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Polarion.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  6. Familiarity with software configuration management tools such as Git, SVN, and working experience with Java, J2EE, HTML, and RESTful web services.
  7. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, tools, and DevOps practices, and experience in Technical and Systems Architecting, including cloud deployment of Polarion-based solutions.
  8. Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully addressing complex technical challenges.
