  • Inviting applications for the role of Process Analyst ? AML/KYC & Transaction Monitoring
  • In this role, you will work as an AML/KYC Analyst with a strong focus on Transaction Monitoring, Sanction Screening, and Remediation activities.

  Responsibilities:

  • Perform KYC due diligence reviews and ensure compliance with AML regulations.
  • Conduct transaction monitoring to identify suspicious activities and escalate potential red flags.
  • Carry out Sanction Screening using tools like Lexis Nexis and World-Check services.
  • Perform PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) reviews and remediation checks as per compliance policies.
  • Support investigations and prepare detailed reports for escalations to compliance teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met in onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations, global sanctions, and compliance best practices.
  • Ensure timely resolution of compliance alerts within agreed service level timelines.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities within AML/KYC functions.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and provide on-the-job training/KT to new team members.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to meet deadlines and regulatory expectations.
  • Provide support during audits, regulatory reviews, and internal compliance testing.
