- Strong command over English typing with excellent accuracy.
- Manage customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
- Deliver prompt and effective customer support to resolve concerns.
- Handle International chat processes for diverse clients.
- Maintain accurate records of documents and transactions.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or related industry.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer Knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, mainly night shifts.
- Cab facility available within 30km
