  • Use design systems effectively while innovating within constraints.
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies to bring forward-thinking approaches to design.
  • Contribute to ideation and early concept phases, creating original experiences, systems, and frameworks.
  • Bring multidisciplinary influences (coding, game design, architecture, fine art, etc.) to enhance creativity and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by embracing feedback, asking questions, and prioritizing continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, product managers, content teams, and executives to define and deliver impactful features.
  • Coordinate and leverage user research, integrating insights into design decisions.
  • Present design concepts clearly and persuasively using strong storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
