Project Coordinator



Job Description

  • Role & responsibilities
    1. Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation.
    2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
    3. Track project progress and prepare basic status reports.
    4. Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
    5. Maintain organized records and assist with project documentation.
    6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    7. Leading and facilitating meetings with team, project managers and seniors as required to ensure quick closure of open action items
    8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
    9. Setup project folders and ensure deliverables are backed up on relevant systems.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Internship or academic project experience in coordination or administration.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
