- Role & responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Track project progress and prepare basic status reports.
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain organized records and assist with project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Leading and facilitating meetings with team, project managers and seniors as required to ensure quick closure of open action items
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Setup project folders and ensure deliverables are backed up on relevant systems.
Preferred candidate profile- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Internship or academic project experience in coordination or administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
