Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project dashboards and reports using Power BI to track progress, milestones, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Extract and analyze project data from Azure DevOps (work items, sprints, backlogs, and test plans).
- Prepare testing and quality reports, including test execution status, defect trends, and release readiness.
- Support project managers with status reports, meeting materials, and stakeholder updates.
- Monitor project health indicators such as scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure reports are accurate, up to date, and clearly communicated to stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and help translate technical information into easy-to-understand summaries.
- Continuously improve reporting templates, dashboards, and PMO processes.
- Document processes, metrics definitions, and reporting standards.
- Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations for leadership review.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives within the PMO by identifying gaps and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, QA, and stakeholders) to define reporting requirements and improve reporting processes.
