Job Description

• Responsibilities :

  •     Analyse RFP/RFI data to identify trends, common requirements, and strategic opportunities.
  •     Support proposal teams with data-driven insights to improve win rates and proposal quality.
  •     Maintain and update proposal databases, content libraries, and performance dashboards.
  •     Maintain and continuously improve a centralized proposal content library, including templates, standard responses.
  •     Conduct research on prospects, competitors, and market trends to strengthen proposal positioning and develop win themes.
  •     Analyse proposal performance metrics (win rate, turnaround time, content usage) 
  •     Ensure proposal materials are easily accessible and up to date within the knowledge management or customer relationship
  •     Track proposal metrics including submission timelines, win/loss ratios, and client feedback.
  •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate proposal-related data.
  •     Assist in the creation of standardized reports and visualizations for leadership review.
  •     Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the proposal function.
  •     Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
