  We are hiring for Python + PySpark Developers with 3+ years of experience to join our team at Infosys. The role involves working on big data solutions, building scalable applications, and supporting clients in their digital transformation journey.

  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the consulting team across different phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, design, and deployment.

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into system requirements and functional designs.

  • Explore alternative solutions through research, literature surveys, vendor evaluations, and POCs (Proof of Concepts).

  • Configure solutions based on requirements, diagnose issues, and identify root causes.

  • Provide multiple solution alternatives and recommend the most suitable approach.

  • Support unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and the solution aligns with organizational goals.

  Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.

  • Expertise in PySpark for big data processing and transformation.

  • Good knowledge of SQL and data querying.

  • Understanding of distributed data processing and performance optimization.

  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and data integration.

  • Knowledge of Hadoop/Spark ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, etc.) is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
