This role involves the development and application of engineering practices in network technologies, including:
Standards and protocols for wireless, satellite, fixed, and enterprise networks
Application software and embedded software for connected devices (IoT, device engineering)
Connected applications such as 5G/Edge and B2X apps
Telco Cloud, automation, and edge compute platforms
The role also encompasses the integration of network systems and their operations across the above technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Connectivity & Network Engineering:
Design, implement, and optimize wireless, satellite, fixed, and enterprise networks.
Develop and integrate connected applications and IoT solutions.
Work on Telco Cloud, automation, and edge compute platforms for network solutions.
Engineering Expertise:
Build competency in connectivity and network technologies.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues and junior engineers.
Complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
Client Interaction & Problem Solving:
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective network solutions.
Identify and resolve issues in straightforward situations with practical solutions.
Collaborate with teams and interact with customers effectively.
Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute to best practices in connectivity and network engineering.
Share knowledge and support continuous learning within the team.
Skills & Profile:
Strong understanding of wireless, satellite, fixed, and enterprise network technologies
Experience in IoT, connected applications (5G/Edge), Telco Cloud, and automation platforms
Knowledge of network integration and operations
Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
Ability to interpret client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Strong collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing abilities
