• Job Description:

  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Testing Professional to own and lead the SAP Testing Practice within our Application Management Services division. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SAP testing, automation frameworks, and project delivery, along with profit and loss management, and customer engagement.

  This role demands both technical depth and strategic leadership, as you'll be responsible for building testing frameworks, overseeing client testing lifecycle activities, and driving high-performance service delivery.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the SAP Testing Practice with accountability for Profit & Loss (P&L).

  • Oversee the full testing lifecycle: Test Planning, Strategy, Execution, and Reporting.

  • Design and implement Automation Frameworks across SAP applications.

  • Collaborate with clients on Digital Technology Transformation initiatives.

  • Drive Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other innovations in testing.

  • Manage Service Delivery operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless contract and partner management.

  • Handle project coordination, status reporting, and issue/escalation management at project and portfolio levels.

  Required Technical & Professional Skills:

  • 3?5 years of experience in the IT Industry, preferably in SAP Testing

  • Hands-on experience in test lifecycle management including planning, strategy, and execution

  • Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project coordination

  • Experience in status tracking, escalation handling, and delivery management

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills

  Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Experience designing SAP automation frameworks using tools like SAP TAO, Tricentis Tosca, or UFT

  • Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)

  • Strategic mindset with strong P&L ownership and key account management experience

  • Capable of managing change, prioritizing tasks, and working effectively under pressure

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive high-impact initiatives independently
