- Your Role
- As a React/Next.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications from scratch, ensuring a strong foundation using React JS and Next.js.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and functional requirements into robust, high-performing solutions.
In this role, you will:- Design and develop web applications using React JS and Next.js (v13+).
- Implement state management with Redux and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Build responsive and accessible UI using HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Write unit tests using Jest and ensure code quality through best practices.
- Evaluate and understand business and functional requirements to deliver optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with team members using tools like Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Lead small UI teams and mentor junior developers.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver iterative and incremental value.
Your Profile- 4+ years of experience in React JS development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Next.js (version 13+).
- Strong knowledge of web architecture/design and best practices.
- Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, ES6, HTML5, CSS3, and Jest.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work as a team player.
- Self-starter with leadership capabilities for small UI teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
