  • Job Description:

    • Hands-on exposure with Case Management and Service Cloud domain inclusive of Leads and Opportunities creation in SalesCloud Salesforce Community Platform Reports and Dashboards.
    • Strong problem-solving capability with sound understanding to analyse issues based on Case History and develop actionable and appropriate tactical plans in a timely manner.
    • Experience collaborating with Business teams and 3rd party teams across the organization to provide L1 and L2 support.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex solutions developed using Visualforce APEX Lightning framework flows LWC triggers batch apex Lightning framework and Salesforce APIs.
    • Experience with integration using Connected Apps including configuration and administration of Salesforce with other (Non-Salesforce) applications leveraging the integration frameworks offered by Salesforce.
    • Sound knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms supported by the Salesforce platform.
    • Prior exposure to L1 and L2 support activities in ERP based solutions.
    • Ability to work effectively with remote partners and maintain 24X5 support for business operations.
