    1. Good Communication & should be independently able to work.
    2. Fetching data from existing SQL/Oracle databases
    3. Optimizing the performance of existing stored procedures
    4. Writing Stored Procedures & Functions
    5. Use of SQL Server Management Studio
    6. Analytical functions.
