  •  Roles & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements

    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

    • Work with Salesforce developers and admins to design and implement solutions

    • Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing Salesforce processes

    • Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation

    • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support deployment activities

    • Provide training and support to end-users

    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards

    • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant improvements
