Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Possess overall 10+ years of testing experience across Salesforce, CRM, ServiceMax, and web-based applications.
    • Have 5+ years of hands-on QA experience specifically on Salesforce and ServiceMax (mandatory).
    • Bring 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead working in Agile environments.
    • Plan, conduct, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Lead and manage a QA team of 6+ members, including mentoring and career development of direct reports.
    • Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and testing methodologies.
    • Oversee test case design, reviews, execution, and defect management.
    • Ensure effective test management and quality governance throughout the SDLC.
    • Utilize Azure DevOps for test management, execution tracking, and reporting (preferred).
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, requirement understanding, and delivery alignment.
    • Prepare and present test reports including daily status, weekly reports, and test closure reports.
    • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills across teams and leadership.
